Mark your calendars for August 7th–9th! The UFO is going to host a session at the 32nd annual Rockport Dam Jam.
On Saturday, August 8th, there will be a potluck at 7:00 PM. Afterward, we will take over the old church and host a session/performance for everyone! I’m letting you know now so you can mark your calendars and reserve camping if you wish. If you're looking at a map, you're looking for Riverside Campground at Rockport Dam.
Here are your options for attending:
Reserved Numbered Sites ($30/day): Online reservations for Riverside Campground during that weekend are blacked out on the state park website. You must call the Rockport State Park office at 435-336-2241 and choose option 5 to "speak to the gate." Dispersed Camping ($20/night): No reservation is required. You can just drive up that weekend and camp anywhere outside of the numbered spots. If you arrive early, you can get some pretty good shady spots near the church! Day Trip ($15 fee): If you prefer not to camp, you can just come up for the day for a $15 park entrance fee.
